Mr. Joshpe currently provides general corporate and real estate advice.

Prior to joining Wrobel & Schatz LLP, Mr. Joshpe worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where his practice focused on wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and real estate. Mr. Joshpe worked on several high profile real estate transactions, including representation of Istithmar in the purchase of 280 Park Avenue and the old Knickerbocker Hotel. Mr. Joshpe also owns businesses in the real estate and insurance industries.

Mr. Josphe is a co-author with S.E. Cupp of the provocative new book Why You're Wrong About the Right, published by Simon & Schuster, Threshold Editions, described in greater detail at the book website and available on Amazon here. The book seeks to identify and refute the many myths and stereotypes that surround Republicans and conservatives. It has been described as probing and hilarious, and features
many notable contributors, including a foreword by Tucker Carlson (who provided a forward), George Will, Jonah Goldberg, Byron York, Laura Ingraham, Newt Gingrich, David Horowitz, Shelby Steele, Tony Stewart, Al Leiter, and Curt Schilling. (It should go without saying that the firm, as a firm, does not take a position on political questions).
