
In 1995, he was a Congressional Intern for the Honorable Benjamin A. Gilman, Chairman of the United States House of Representatives International Relations Committee. Mr. Fox also interned at the Office of the District Attorney, County of Rockland and was a Legal Assistant for the New York State Attorney General.
From 1998 until becoming a partner at Wrobel & Schatz LLP, Mr. Fox was an associate at its predecessor firms David Wrobel PC and Wrobel, Markham & Schatz LLP.
In addition to business litigation, Mr. Fox assists clients in real estate transactions (both commercial and residential) and business transactions, particularly the purchase and sale of closely-held businesses.
Mr. Fox is admitted to the Bars of New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He lives in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey with his wife, two daughters and Labrador retriever.
